Frequently Asked Questions
What are your fees?
My fees are variable depending on session length, therapy type, and financial need. Please get in touch with me to find out more.
Do you accept insurance?
I'm not in-network with any insurance providers at this time but I can provide you with a monthly superbill (a receipt for your services) for you to submit to your insurance monthly.
Most PPO insurance providers will reimburse you a portion of the cost of your sessions (30-60%) but it all depends on your plan. You can contact your insurance provider directly and ask about your coverage.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
All of my appointments are currently only offered virtually. Teletherapy has proven to be a safe and effective way of providing therapy and addressing mental health needs during this time when we are unable to meet in person. I will continue to offer the option of virtual appointments going forward.
What if I don't live in Portland?
I am licensed in the states of both Oregon and California and can meet for remote therapy appointments with clients from anywhere within these two states.
What is your availability for appointments?
I offer mid-morning, afternoon and evening sessions on week days and weekends. I do my best to accommodate my clients' schedules. Please contact me to find out more.
Have additional questions about my practice?
I look forward to meeting you.
Please feel free to explore my services and schedule a consultation if you would like to learn more about what our work together might look like.
