EMDR Therapy
EMDR can help to resolve unprocessed traumatic memories and to promote new perspectives and healing.
I am a trained EMDR Therapist based in Portland, Oregon, and working online with clients throughout all of Oregon and California.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is an evidence-based, research-driven method of psychotherapy that’s been proven to help people treat and recover from PTSD and trauma-related life events as well as many other challenges including depression, anxiety, addiction and eating disorders.
“If we are ready to tear down the walls that confine us, break the cage that imprisons us, we will discover what our wings are for.”
-Michael Meegan
