I work with those who are ready to heal past trauma and find more safety and happiness within themselves and in their romantic relationships.

Together we will uncover and heal the underlying reasons driving behaviors and help you let go of the things that no longer serve you.
I utilize a directive, collaborative approach to processing past relational and attachment trauma.

Trauma Therapy
I provide a safe space to address and process past and present traumatic experiences, helping my clients to understand how trauma is driving their symptoms.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR therapy aims to resolve unprocessed, traumatic memories in the brain, replacing them with new, more adaptive understandings, and enabling you to move forward.
Grief and Loss
I help my clients be open and present to their grief rather than fight it. Living with unresolved loss and guilt can give rise to many other struggles. Healing is possible.
Eating Disorders
Clients come to me in all stages of treatment. No matter which stage you find yourself, it’s a sign of courage that you’re here, looking for help. Change is possible.
